Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact the client, usernames and passwords to necessary accounts.
You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime upon awarding the job to SODA. Anyone from SODA involved in the project may share this personal information with each other and use it according to the project requirements. The personal information required from you varies from project to project. You will be required to provide the personal information we have requested in order for us to complete the project.

What personal information we collect
We may collect your hosting information if you have an existing hosting provider you would like to use.
For eCommerce sites we may collect your payment gateway credentials (Paypal, Stripe, 2checkout, Skrill, Payoneer, Google Wallet, Authorize.net, Intuit, Dwolla, Braintree, Amazon Payments and the like).
We may collect your contact information for the Contact Page.
If a job requires a subscription feature, we may collect your Mailchimp information.
If you have purchased a domain name, we may collect your login credentials.
We may collect social media login credentials if needed.
How we use your personal information
The personal information we collect allows us to create, develop and deliver requirements to complete project.
In some circumstances, we may need the your personal information for troubleshooting purposes.

We will never disclose the personal information we collect to third parties.
Retention of Personal Information
We urge our clients to change and update the login credentials shared with us upon completion of the job. We will only keep login credentials if you require us to maintain 100% of the website until a certain time agreed upon by SODA and the client.
